How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at returns@partycornerfactory.com with your order number and reason for return

Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions

Pack the items securely and ship them back using the provided label (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
